Welcome to the MADRIX Forum!
This shouldn't happen if you use unicast and two different IP address ranges for each of the network adapters. Please send us your setup and a logfile to info[at]madrix[dot]com. To save the logfile please start MADRIX and select "Tools" > "Logfile...", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the logfile.
